Tiwa Savage Reacts To Tems Winning Her First Grammy And Burna Boy Losing In Two Categories

Tiwa Savage, a Nigerian female spectacular singer, has responded to Temilade Openiyi, often known as Tems, winning her first Grammy prize.

The “Free mind” singer, who was nominated in the ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’ and ‘Best Rap Song’ categories, won the ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’ category on Sunday night for her involvement in ‘Wait for U,’ Future’s 2022 smash song with Drake.

Her contribution to the chart-topping single ‘Wait For U’ garnered her the honour. Burna Boy, on the other hand, was denied two Grammy nominations.

The artist was nominated for ‘Best Global Music Album’ and ‘Best Global Music Performance,’ but lost both awards.

Tiwa Savage responded by taking to her Instagram account to honour Tems and express her love for her.

Meanwhile, Tems was among the attendees invited to Saturday’s traditional Roc Nation pre-Grammy Brunch.

Tems, clad in a white gown, was seen speaking with US celebrity power couple Jay-Z and Beyoncé in a viral video.

Tems was also photographed conversing with some of the entertainment industry’s A-listers.

The pre-Grammy lunch took place in a private property in Bel-Air, Los Angeles, while the event is presently taking place at the Crypto.com Arena.
