We now know the identity of the 16 teams that are through to the knockout stages at World Cup 2022. Take a look at the last-16 schedule.
The Netherlands and the United States will open the knockout stages on Saturday 3 December at Khalifa International Stadium, following a group stage in which two giants, Germany and Belgium, were humiliated early exits.
The Germans have failed to advance from their group for the second consecutive World Cup; before to 2018, the four-time world champions had not been eliminated in the first round since 1938.
