Police have arrested Naira Marley in connection with Mohbad’s k!lling
Controversial Naira Marley, a Nigerian artist, has been arrested in connection with the death of his former Marlian Music signee, Mohbad.
Gistreel recounts that Mohbad died on September 12th, and the cause of his death sparked much debate.
Many Nigerians blamed the death of the aspiring artist on Naira Marley and Sam Larry.
Naira Marley, who had been overseas, denied any involvement or knowledge of Mohbad’s killing.
He confirmed yesterday, October 3rd, that he had come in the nation to aid the police in addressing concerns surrounding the singer’s death.
The authorities have now taken Naira Marley into prison for questioning about his alleged participation.
The Lagos State Police Command PRO, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, stated this on his Facebook page.
