According to reports, the police have detained rapper and Marllain leader Sam Larry’s aide for interrogation.
Sam Larry has been trending for weeks following the death of Mohbad, a young rising talent, two weeks ago. Many individuals have accused him of being responsible for Mohbad’s death.
Nigerians made these charges after a series of videos showing Sam Larry and other thugs severely abusing Mohbad were uploaded online.
SP Benjamin Hundey, the police’s public relations officer, took to Twitter early Thursday evening to announce that Sam Larry had been detained and would be assisting the police with their investigations.
The cops were seen directing Sam Larry in the video so he wouldn’t be attacked by some enraged fans of the singer.
