Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi: Iyabo Ojo cooked up lies to implicate Naira Marley
Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has called out colleague Iyabo Ojo for accusing Naira Marley of drugging her children’s meals.
According to sources, the actress recently revealed that, aside from the case of the late singer Mohbad, she holds a personal vendetta against the controversial musician.
Iyabo claimed that she would send her children to the singer’s house since she thought he was a kind guy.
She stated that Naira Marley had tainted the food and beverages supplied to her children, and three or four witnesses testified to the occurrence.
The actress went on to state that she would file a lawsuit against Naira Marley after Mohbad had obtained justice and his issue had been resolved.
Yomi Fabiyi questioned on Instagram why Iyabo Ojo did not protect her children when the “Yahoo Boy” singer approached them.
Yomi claims that no mother would keep mute in such a situation and speculates that the actress may have just supported the fabrication to accuse Naira Marley.
He went on to urge that the police and the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency should question Iyabo Ojo’s children.
He stated:
“I don’t know why Iyabo was sending her children, who are adults, to Naira Marley’s house in the first place. She stated that Naira was putting drugs in their food and she called herself a mother. She never came out to fight for her children then…Maybe she just cooked up this lie to implicate Naira. Why was her daughter laced with drugs if she was not into drugs already? Which mother will keep quiet in such a situation? The NDLEA and the police heard what she said and they are keeping mute. How will this country get better? I expect the NDLEA to invite her to bring her children and investigate her”.
