The 24-year-old has struggled for game time at Stamford Bridge in recent seasons but Petit feels that the American would be an excellent fit for Mikel Arteta’s style of play.
Supporters on Twitter are less than convinced that Pulisic would be a good signing, with many hoping that the Gunners recruit Mykhaylo Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk instead:

Absolutely not . It’s completely nonsense. We don’t need him . Go for mudryk , Joao Felix and better players not pulisic.

Pulisic has been linked with both Arsenal and Manchester United very recently so Petit isn’t that wide off the mark in terms of recommending the player as a signing.
However, supporters are right to be sceptical about going after the Chelsea star. Not only has he flattered to deceive with his performances during his three and a half years at the Blues but his poor fitness record means there are also doubts about how often he would be available for selection.
