Description
Monthly International Student Scholarships This year, MPOWER will give $48,000 to 36 overseas students to assist them pursue their educational goals. It operates as follows: On the first of each month, visit the website linked below to learn about the month’s scholarship theme. Apply as soon as possible! Applications will be accepted until the end of the month on the final Friday.
Other Criteria
Awards: Grand Prize: $2,000; Honorable Mentions: $1,000 each. Requirements for Eligibility: Be admitted to or enrolled in a full-time degree program at an MPOWER-supported institution in the United States or Canada, and be an international student legally entitled to study in the United States or Canada, as applicable: This signifies that the candidate fits one of the following conditions for study in the United States: Has a valid visa that allows them to study in the United States, or is protected by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA) This implies that the candidate must fulfill the following conditions in order to study in Canada: Has a valid Canadian study permit. This award is not available to US nationals studying in the US or Canadian citizens studying in Canada.
