Mohbad: Naira Marley has some of the best political underdogs on his side

Tonto Dikeh, a Nollywood actress turned politician, has claimed that notorious Nigerian musician Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, is surrounded by top political underdogs.

The accusation was made following Naira Marley’s return and detention on Tuesday night for the killing of his late signee, Mohbad.

spokesman for the Lagos Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, announced in a statement on Tuesday night that Naira Marley, who had recently returned to Nigeria, had been detained.

The artist was seen being escorted at the airport before leaving in the footage, which went viral.

Tonto Dikeh responded on Instagram, saying that in the correct country, Naira Marley should be in bars and chains, not tweeting about his homecoming.

She stated that the singer’s confidence demonstrates that he has the support of certain key officials, and she encouraged them to abandon him to guarantee that justice is done in Mohbad’s killing.

She wrote: “Look who has come back to NIGERIA to assist the police investigate why he and sam Larry torturedMohbadd.

“I ask again who is protecting Naira Marley? In the right country, Naira should be in handcuffs and chains, rather that he has a phone to tweet.

“Naira Marley’s confidence looks to me like he has some top political underdogs by his side… Now one of the 2 things, you all better drop him and let have the justice deserves or we will start fishing your names out. Right no,w we don’t care about ya’ll we want justice for Mohbad.”
