Injury updates: N’Golo Kante & Wesley Fofana’s Return dates
The Frenchman hasn’t played since August 14, when he left the field with a hamstring injury against Tottenham, and he’ll now miss the winter World Cup as well. “Following a successful procedure, N’Golo is now anticipated to remain out for four months,” according to his update.

According to the French news site L’Equipe, Fofana sustained a sprained knee and will be sidelined for up to four weeks. Potter, on the other hand, does not anticipate the young centre-back to play before the World Cup break and has not provided an update since the nature of the injury was reported before the game against Wolves.
Potter stated: “He’s just getting back to where he was. I doubt we’ll see him before the World Cup.”
