After their coworker Olaiya Igwe walked to the beach to pray for Tinubu’s win, veteran actors Jide Kosoko, Dele Odule, Yinka Quadri, and others break the silence.
According to Gossipinfo, Olaiya Igwe posted a video of himself getting n@ked at the beach and prayed for Bola Ahmed Tinubu, an APC presidential candidate, to win.
Olaiya Igwe, who recently appeared in the TVC television program “Your View,” explains the motivation behind his behavior.
The actor said, “I was asked to stand up and do it spiritually. I have a gift of revelation from almighty God. At times, I see what God planned for me ahead before it happens. I was sleeping that day and the voice came to me and said, please stand up, you said you love Asiwaju and he has been assisting you. I said yes. Stand up, go and do this for him.
It was an intentional action because I listened to the voice that asked me to do so and I have no regret. I can do anything to support Asiwaju as long as I believe this thing has nothing to do with any other person, I can do it to any length,”
“I deliberately recorded that event for people to see. It is not because of money,” the veteran actor cleared the air.

Reacting to this, Jide Kosoko, Dele Odule, Yinka Quadri,Yomi Fabiyi, Ronke Oshodi Oke, air their opinion while they speak with popular Yoruba newspaper, Alaroye.
According to Alaroye, Yinka Quadri said he does not what to talk about it. Jide Kosoko said he does not what to talk about it for now, but he will still talk about it later.
Yomi Fabiyi said he can’t speak on anything acted based on the personal interest of the person in question provided the action didn’t violate human rights, and Olaiya is a mature man and he owns his body.
Dele Odule said I don’t know while people are talking about it because he owns his body, I can do something that others might say they can’t do it. For me, I can’t say his action is good or bad.
