David Adeleke, better known as Davido, a Nigerian music artist, is still mourning the death of his son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, and has chosen to keep a low profile on his 30th birthday.
Following the tragic death of his 3-year-old son at the end of October, the Afrobeat artist, who turned 30 today, has not published any images on his various social media platforms.
The musician, who was born in Atlanta, United States, on November 21, 1992, to Adedeji Adeleke, an Osun State business entrepreneur, and Veronica Adeleke, a late university lecturer, is known for his cheery and kind nature.
To honor his 29th birthday in 2021, the music artist donated N250 million to over 292 charity houses across Nigeria. However, following the death of his kid in 2022, the singer will not choose a same path.
Despite the singer’s recent seclusion from the public eye, several celebrities and admirers of the musician have resorted to social media platforms to pray and praise him on his birthday.
Cubana Chief Priest, a popular bartender in Nigeria eulogized the downtrodden singer in a post on Instagram.
He wrote;
