Manchester United were drawn to face Burnley in the fourth round, who are top of the Championship and coached by Vincent Kompany, the former Manchester City captain who won four Premier League titles with Man Utd’s opponents.
Eddie Howe’s former club Bournemouth will visit St James’ Park to face high-flying Newcastle, while Nottingham Forest’s reward for shocking Tottenham will be a trip to Blackburn.

All four surviving EFL teams were given difficult Premier League opponents. MK Dons will play Leicester, Charlton, the last London team remaining, will play Brighton, Gillingham will go to Wolves, and Lincoln will play Southampton.
