Eddie Nketiah started up front in place of the Brazilian, Gabriel Jesus and he did not disappoint as usual when he slotted in the first goal with style from a perfect cross, thanks to Kieran Tierney and Arsenal were ahead after 23 minutes.

Vieira hammered in a late third following a dazzling run by substitute Gabriel Jesus as Arsenal ended their three-game run wait for a home win in Europe – their worst in almost 20 years – and brought the Norwegian side’s unbeaten start to their Europa League to a comprehensive halt.
