Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United have also been credited with an interest in the Ghanaian but the Seagulls are the only team who have agreed a fee for the player.

Arteta is a fan of Kudus
It was reported last week that manager Mikel Arteta would prefer a move to sign the 22-year-old if Arsenal delve back into the market for another midfielder this summer.
Other options, including Southampton’s Romeo Lavia, have been considered but it is believed that Arteta has a specific plan in mind for Kudus with regards to how he would deploy him.
Arsenal are currently focused on signing a keeper
At the time of writing, the Gunners have not agreed a fee with Brentford for goalkeeper David Raya but a deal could be wrapped up as early as this week.
Whether sporting director Edu will then move on to signing someone like Kudus, it isn’t known. The club have spent a significant amount of money this transfer window and they may need to recoup some from sales first before spending another £35m on the Ajax star.
