What You Will Own
- Display a warm and inviting demeanor when responding to phone or email communications to current and prospective clients
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
- Organize calendars and schedule meetings and ensure zero conflicts
- Create presentations as assigned
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and legal confidentiality with all correspondence
