We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Fleet Manager within a tech-based, fast-growing vehicle rental and leasing organization. Your role within Your Transit Hub(YTH) will play a pivotal role in the business as we look to expand our fleet, location and team.

The

successful applicant will need to have an excellent eye for detail and

first-class communication and IT skills to coordinate effectively between

internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will

include:

· Manage and track vehicle maintenance record

· Manage bookings and update calendar

· Liaising with a range of customers, local and international, making sure their trips run as smooth as possible.

· Follow up on traffic violations, speeding fines and all other government fines

· Constantly track and manage fleet

· Compile and Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

· Liaise with vehicle manufacturers and car traders.

· Attention to client’s needs and an ability to give 5-star customer service

· Prompt and friendly communication

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Must be tech savvy with a solid ability to figure out new applications, and have a “can do” attitude with regard to learning new skills

· Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

· Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Must be self-motivated, organized and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.
